Brow lamination is a non-invasive, semi-permanent, chemical eyebrow treatment that takes place in three steps. Brow lamination uses chemicals to straighten, lift, and manipulate the direction of the hairs of the eyebrows to enhance the shape and appearance in order to create natural-looking, thicker, up-brushed brows.

Brow lamination treats the following concerns:

The brow lamination process takes about 30-40 minutes. Our brow artist will begin with a consultation to help you choose the style and color for your brows that will best compliment your features and achieve your preferred look.

Once you’ve decided on your brow lamination treatment details, your esthetician will apply lift lotion with a micro brush. This lotion is made with a chemical solution that straightens the hairs of each eyebrow and leaves the hairs more flexible. This allows your brow artist to cover gaps and sparse areas and arrange your brow hairs unto a more attractive shape.

Saran wrap is placed across both brows to hold the lotion in place, and this is left for seven minutes. A fixing solution is next applied for five minutes in the same way the lift lotion was. The fixing solution is designed to lock the shape of the brows in place.

Finally, your esthetician will apply a nourishing brow serum and cover them with saran wrap for five minutes to replenish the lost moisture from the chemical treatment. Once this is complete, your brows may be trimmed slightly to ensure they are a perfect, even shape.

There is no downtime or much of a recovery period after brow lamination. After the procedure is complete, your esthetician will apply a moisturizing treatment to your brows. Follow these aftercare tips for best results in the following 24 hours:

• Don’t wet, touch, or rub your eyebrows
• Don’t apply makeup, creams or oils to the brows
• Don’t have high-persperation activity, such as a sauna treatment, steam room, or hot yoga
• Do not exfoliate (wait for at least three days)

Once the first 24 hours have passed, nourish your brows using a cream or other treatment once a day.
