This is a 30-year-old female and she wanted larger, fuller breasts. On examination, she has a significant amount of pseudoptosis. She had Grade 1 ptosis on the left. We discussed the left breast was larger than the right. There was a slight pectus excavatumn. I successfully performed an inframammary breast augmentation using 495cc medium-high profile anatomical gummy bear implants. She was very pleased of her new bigger and symmetrical breasts.
