This patient came to Dr. Sajan wanting FTM top surgery to obtain a more masculine contour. After discussing their options, the patient opted for a double incision chest reconstruction with as straight of incisions as possible to obtain the best results. Dr. Sajan removes the extra skin and tissue while repositioning the nipples. The patient is so happy with his results and loves that the pigment of his scars matches his skin.
