Gynecomastia Gallery

After having gynecomastia surgery with another surgeon, this patient was left with a botched result. His chest was uneven and had pockets of skin and fat that contributed to an unsatisfactory result. The patient came to Dr. Sajan for revision gynecomastia. Dr. Sajan used the double incision method to smooth out this patient's chest, remove extra skin and fat, and ultimately give this patient the result he wanted.
