This is a 33 year old woman with a history of 3 pregnancies who desired liposuction. I discussed a tummy tuck to give her the most optimal outcome, however the patient did not want a scar on her abdomen and she was considering a future pregnancy. I advised her that liposuction may result in some extra skin and the patient was accepting of this as long as she would avoid a scar on her abdomen. She underwent high definition liposuction of her abdomen and had significant skin tightening with a high definition technique. She feels her results are fabulous!
