This is a 25-year-old woman who was interested in fat transfer to the breasts and liposuction. She has thought about doing implants, but she did not want anything foreign in her body, and she would rather undergo liposuction to reduce some areas. On examination, she does not have much lipodystrophy, but she has some fat that we can harvest for fat transfer. We discussed that she will need liposuction in multiple areas to give her meaningful results. I performed liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, waist, and hips, lateral thighs, inner thighs, and upper back with a fat transfer to her breasts. She loves her results!
