This is a very pleasant 22-year-old transfemale who is here to see me for breast augmentation. She is a B and she wants to go significantly bigger. On examination, she has very little breast tissue. She tried on sizers and liked the 450cc implants. We discussed transaxillary submuscular breast augmentation. She has some asymmetries. The left fold is lower. The left nipple is lower. I performed a Breast augmentation with 450cc high profile implants through a transaxillary submuscular approach.
