This patient came to Dr. Sajan because she wanted larger breasts without using implants. She wondered if she was a good candidate for fat transfer to the breasts. Since the patient wanted only a modest increase in breast size, Dr. Sajan determined that she was a great candidate for the procedure. He performed liposuction on her abdomen and waist to harvest the fat. Dr. Sajan then transferred the fat into her breasts.
