This patient had gastric bypass surgery and was left with a lot of extra skin, particularly along the abdomen, hips, and buttocks. She underwent body lift surgery, including a posterior body lift to remove the extra skin and reveal her slimmer body contours. The patient has seen fantastic results and her scar is barely noticeable.
