This patient wanted a hump reduction to repair the collapsing nostril as much as possible. He also wanted a smoother nose. On examination, he has a dorsal convexity. He has right alar collapse, and a broad tip. We decided doing a dorsal hump reduction, spreader grafts, columellar strut, tip graft, on-lay cartilage graft, and right alar bend graft. We had a successful rhinoplasty and he was happy with the outcome.
